The Initiation to Taming course is taught in theoretical and practical classes.

Information for horse riding

At Rancho Cavalomania, we respect animals first and foremost. That is why we inform you that horses have a weight limit, just like us. We must respect them so that they do not injure their backs. The weight limit is always respected. According to general studies, a horse can carry 20-25% of its weight comfortably. We must include the saddle, blanket and any extra equipment. For example, if the horse weighs 450 kg (1,000 pounds) and carries 20% of its weight, it can carry up to 90 kg (200 pounds) between the rider and the equipment. At Rancho, we have horses that can support up to 95 kg (we will always ask for everyone's weight and height for reservations).
We want our customers to have a pleasant ride for both the Rider/Horsewoman and the horses.
It is not allowed to run or gallop with the animals.
